I have never been to a nursing home or visited someone sick, so I have no personal experience, I cannot tell you that age doesn’t worry me or I”m not worried I will never develop dementia, but reading this book has changed my perspective. Perhaps, this girl was lucky to visit someone in a nursing home, for it influenced her whole life, something I would be lucky to have given the chance….
